Through a bank trust. The property deed is in the Bank’s name, and you are a beneficiary of 25% (or more) of that trust.
What does the maintenance fee include?
Professional property management, cleaning, maintenance, concierge service, property tax, utilities, and the annual trust fee.
Can I sell my fraction in the future?
Yes. Your rights are a real asset you can sell, inherit or transfer whenever you wish.
