I have more than 10 years of experience in real estate and have been living in the Puerto Vallarta and Bahía de Banderas area since 2019. Real estate is not just my profession—it’s how I understand the way people want to live and invest.
I’ve traveled extensively, and through those experiences I learned the value of arriving somewhere that truly feels like your own. That feeling was the starting point. In many ways, Key Fractional is a product I designed for myself.
I wanted to do it right. I’ve seen models that promise a lot and deliver little, ambiguous contracts, and structures that rely more on goodwill than on solid foundations. That’s not what I want to build.
The goal was never to create a system that depends on me—or on anyone else—but rather a structure designed to endure for generations.
